Undelivered Packages:

1.   Incorrect delivery address provided from customer.
The delivery fee will need to be paid again if an incorrect delivery address was provided.

2. Customer does not collect the parcel from the Post Office within the period required by the Post Office
If your parcel has not been collected from the post office, it will be returned to Toy Genie.  Toy Genie will contact you to re-schedule collection or delivery, and the delivery fee will need to be paid again.
